इसको सीधे से किसानों के दो श्रेणियां में बांटा गया है: –
पहली – पहली में लघु और सीमांत किसानों को 18,000 तक की राशि देने की बात की गई है, या किसान ने जितने की भी पाइपलाइन को खरीदते हैं उस हिसाब से उसका 60% जोड़ों में जो भी कम होगा यह किसान को दिया जाएगा
दूसरी – दूसरी श्रेणी में अन्य कृषक वर्ग आता है जिनकी अनुदान राशि 50% या हम यह कहे की 15,000 तक जो भी कम हो दी जाएगी

इस योजना के तहत सरल मानदंडों को निर्धारित किया गया है जिसे पूरा करके किसान आसानी से 18,000 तक की बड़ी धनराशि को प्राप्त कर सकता है –
